As our senior project, my group and I had to work together to put on a themed brunch for our family and friends. There were a total of 128 guests and it was a project that took us over a year to plan. We had to plan everything from the entertainment, food and beverage, and decor. Then after all the planning, we have to execute our vision during the next semester. We separated ourselves into reception, dining, and BOH (back of house) for each part of the event. I was working the BOH with Joey and we were in charge of all logistics of food and beverage. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about myself. I learned my leadership style and how to work with others. It was a rewarding yet intense experience.
